South America

Streets of Lima, Peru

After visiting Ecuador and its amazing Galapagos Islands I headed down to Lima, the capital of a beautiful country Peru. Founded by a Spaniard conquistador Francisco Pizarro on January the 18th in 1535, Lima is now the fifth-largest city in South America. Lima is also the second-largest desert capital city after Cairo in Egypt. During my short stay here I ventured the streets and admired the pre-Columbian architecture. I had the opportunity to engage in many interesting and eye-opening conversations with locals and learn about the customs and what makes Peruvian truly happy.
